Lisa Hulley
Founder and Director of Peak, Lisa established the business in 2010 with a vision to provide a more knowledgeable, relationship-based approach to talent acquisition for New Zealand's technical sectors.

Drawing on a background in organisational psychology, consulting and talent acquisition, she helps organisations navigate workforce challenges and build the capability they need for long-term success.

Prior to founding Peak, Lisa held roles with MWH (now Stantec), Sheffield, Accenture and Careers New Zealand. She is proud of Peak's long-standing client partnerships and the positive impact the team continues to make for organisations, professionals and their families.
