Peak Recruitment NZ Limited collects and holds personal information for the purposes of:

Your personal information may be disclosed to prospective employers and clients, service providers supporting our recruitment activities, verification providers, professional or regulatory bodies, and other parties where you have authorised the disclosure or where it is permitted or required by law.

Providing your personal information is generally voluntary. However, if you do not provide information that is reasonably required for the recruitment process, we may be unable to assess your suitability, verify your experience or qualifications, introduce you to prospective employers, or provide recruitment services to you.

You have the right to request access to personal information we hold about you and to request correction of that information. You may also contact us if you have any questions or concerns about how your personal information is handled.
